Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped same day if the order is placed before 3PM EST. Express shipping is FREE on all orders. You will receive emails confirming both the receipt and subsequent shipment of your order.

• Express shipping is free and will be delivered within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
• Overnight shipping is available for $30.00.

International:

We offer international shipping for flat rate of $25.00. Packages will be shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 6-18 days. Shipped via USPS First Class International

RETURNS

All returns are FREE for products ordered directly through our website for up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or otherwise compromised product as a result of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email hello@cheal.co with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to show up on your bank statement. 

We do not currently accept exchanges.
