Shipping options and delivery times
Pick your speed at checkout. US orders ship with USPS or UPS, and free standard shipping includes Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders placed after 4 PM ET, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. As soon as your order ships, we email you a link to track it.
Returns
Free returns within 30 days
Changed your mind? Send your order back within 30 days of delivery. The return label is on us, and you get your money back in full, shipping included.

We email you a prepaid return label. Pack your order, attach the label and drop it off.

We don't do exchanges. If you'd like something different, return your order for a refund and place a new one. Returns cover orders placed on cheal.co.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 4 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or send us a message.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Most orders ship the same day, so we can't always make changes, but we'll do our best.
How do I return my order?
Sign in to your account with the email you ordered with, open the order and choose Request return. We'll email you a prepaid return label. You can also email hello@cheal.co with your order number.
When will I get my refund?
We refund the full amount, shipping included, to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to show on your statement.
Can I exchange my order?
We don't offer exchanges. Return your order for a full refund and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is a flat $25. Orders ship within 1 business day and usually arrive in 6–18 days.
