Refund policy

All returns are FREE for products ordered directly through our website for up to 30 days after delivery.

To start a return, sign in to your account with the email you ordered with, open your order and choose Request return. You can also email hello@cheal.co with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and a full refund, including any shipping you paid. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to show up on your bank statement.

We do not currently accept exchanges.
