Refund policy

All returns are FREE for products ordered directly through our website for up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping is non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or otherwise compromised product as a result of manufacturing error.

To request a refund, email hello@cheal.co with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and a full refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to show up on your bank statement. 

We do not currently accept exchanges.
